Also see the video section of our website of the dumpster fire.ppnbsppdiv styletext-align center margin 0in 0in 0pt aligncenterbspan stylecolor red font-size 22ptArson fire arrestspanspan stylecolor blackbr br On spanbbspan stylecolor blackFriday April 10 2009spanbbspan stylecolor black Bensalem Police Officer Matthew Tobie was patrolling the area of the Neshaminy Mall when he was alerted by a woman in the parking lot that there was a dumpster fire next to the mall building.nbsp Officer Tobie quickly located the fully engulfed dumpster.nbsp Officer Tobie and a Mall security guard attempted to suppress the flames with a fire extinguisher.nbsp Trevose Fire Company Engine 4 arrived on scene and within minutes extinguished the fire safely.nbsp No one was injured and the mall building did not sustain any structural damage as a result of the quick response from police and fire personnel.nbsp br br Members of Bensalemrsquos Criminal Investigations Unit and Fire Marshallrsquos Department investigated the incident to determine the cause of the fire.nbsp The cause of the fire was determined to be incendiary in nature beginning with an open flame being combined with available combustibles.nbsp Subsequent investigation revealed two suspects who were later located at the mall and arrested.nbsp br br The suspects were identified as David McGraw 20 yrs of age fromnbsp 600 blk of spanbbspan stylecolor blackHolland Rdspanbbspan stylecolor black Southampton and Kevin Hilbmann 19 yrs of age from the 1800 blk of Strahle st spanbbspan stylecolor blackPhiladelphiaspanbbspan stylecolor black.nbsp They were both charged with Arson Criminal Conspiracy Risking a Catastrophe and Criminal Mischief.nbsp They were arraigned by Judge Burns and sent to spanbbspan stylecolor blackBucksspanbbspan stylecolor blackCountyspanbbspan stylecolor black Prison in lieu of 75000 10.br br Anyone with addition information regarding this incident should contact Detective Mark Kelly at 215-633-3664 or Assistant Fire Marshall Robert Sponheimer at 215-633-3618.spanbdiv
