Rescue Box 4-40

Engine 4 was dispatched to a Stand By at Route 1 near the PA Turnpike it was upgraded to a Rescue Box with Res 9 and Eng 65 added. Engine 84 arrived and assisted with a door pop the assignment was held to Engine 4 and 84.
