NUKE DRILL IN TREVOSE

Members of Trevose Fire Company participated in the ready response drill for the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. held at the Neshaminy Mall. The TFC is responsible for testing evacuees for radiation with equipment provide by the Bucks County Emergency Management Agency and PECO Energy. The equipment is carried on Decon 4 and was supported by Engine 84 Canteen 4 was also on hand to provide refreshments. The drill lasted about 2 hours but the company has been in preparation for several weeks.
